Co-founder Brayden Randall
My name is Brayden Randall and I worked with Brendan to co-found a company called Urban Clean Power Washing. We started this business to serve our community and gain valuable practical experience. I am committed to hard work and integrity, treating every project with the care and attention I would give my own home. Outside of academics and business, I enjoy outdoor activities, making pressure washing a fitting endeavor. This experience is helping me develop essential skills while allowing me to contribute positively to my local community.
Co-founder Brendan Buckley
My name is Brendan Buckley. I pride myself with my hard work ethic and drive to succeed in every aspect of my life. I have been working a job since the age of 14 while maintaining consistent high grades in school. On top of that, I once started a pet-care business with my brother which has taught me a ton and helped to further develop my work ethic. Starting this business, in my eyes, is a great way to give back to my community and to provide a good, reliable service to my neighbors.
Our Process
Our pressure washing process begins with a thorough inspection of the home’s exterior and proper preparation of the surrounding area, including protecting plants, fixtures, and outdoor items. A specialized cleaning solution is then applied to break down dirt, mold, and mildew. Using professional-grade equipment, the surface is carefully washed from top to bottom to ensure an even, effective clean. The process concludes with a full rinse and final inspection to ensure high-quality, damage-free results.
Preparation
Surrounding areas are protected to ensure no damage is done to plants or other areas. The home's exterior is inspected to determine the appropriate pressure and cleaning method.
Application of cleaning solution.
A professionally diluted chlorine-based cleaning solution is evenly applied using low-pressure equipment. This solution is allowed to dwell for 5 to 10 minutes to effectively break down dirt, mold, and mildew.
Power Washing
Using industry-standard equipment, we power wash the exterior surfaces from top to bottom with controlled pressure and precise technique to thoroughly clean without causing damage.
Rinsing and Final Exception
We perform a thorough rinse to remove all cleaning agents and residues, followed by a detailed inspection to ensure a spotless, streak-free finish and customer satisfaction.

We are from Brighton and we started Brighton Urban Clean Power Washers to make a positive impact in our community and gain real-world experience.
